Memorial Day Weekend in Denver offers ways to remember as well as enjoy family time. Check out street festivals, parades and more as you kickoff the summer fun!

Memorial Day Parade (May 27)

Join us to recognize our military heroes and celebrate 57 years of tradition! Commerce City hosts Colorado’s largest Memorial Day Parade each year, bringing thousands of people and entries from around the region together in the heart of our community to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

Prior to the parade, the city hosts a Memorial Day Ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park to honor our fallen service members and recognize the parade Grand Marshal.

Remember to stick around after the parade for a concert in Veterans Memorial Park! Featuring live music, food trucks, booths from veterans’ service organizations, city boards and commissions, and more, this is a great way to round out the parade. Learn more.
